Unlike traditional training programs, participants work directly with Allies’ experienced brokers, gaining practical skills in market analysis, client relations, negotiation, and deal execution. Step 2. Screening Call (20 min)

Our talent team will assess your baseline fit through a dynamic conversation about your goals, resilience, and understanding of the industry’s
demands.

Step 3. Skills Assessment

Complete our proprietary CRE Aptitude Test evaluating:
• Market analysis instincts
• Negotiation role-plays
• Commission-mindset scenarios

Step 4. In-Person Interview

Meet directly with our senior brokers for a working session - expect tough questions about deal strategy and a mock client pitch.

Step 5. Final Leadership Review

Our Managing Director will pressure-test your readiness for the program’s challenges and clarify the path from apprentice to producer.

Step 6. Onboarding Intensive

Accepted candidates begin with a 2-week
immersion covering Allies’ systems, active deal pipelines, and your first assigned mentor.

CREwithMe is a six-month immersive apprenticeship that
fast-tracks aspiring brokers into professionals through hands-on experience with Allies’ top producers, including Managing Director Adam Stephenson, CCIM. Participants gain direct exposure to all asset classes—land, office, industrial, and retail—while rotating between brokerage and marketing teams to understand the whole deal lifecycle. The program combines mentorship from active dealmakers with practical training in market analysis, client acquisition, and transaction management, culminating in potential full-time offers for top performers who demonstrate the skills and hustle to succeed as Allies brokers.
